terms of service
general terms and policies
all commissioned pieces are strictly for personal and recreational use only....THE COMMISSIONED PIECE IS NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.commercial licenses may be discussed and negotiated....the work may freely be used and shared on social media with proper creditplease do not remove or alter the watermark.credit may be placed in captions, descriptions, or bios when the commissioned piece is used in instances where the watermark would not be visible (e.g. profile pictures)...please attribute me as:Artwork by Andy (@_andyyxy on Instagram and Twitter)...the client may not claim credit to creating the piece...i retain the right to use the commissioned piece however i see fit such as in my portfolio, commission samples, and the like....the client revokes all right to the piece should any of these terms be violated...
process and turnover
commissions may take between 1 to 3 weeks to accomplish upon beginning the sketching stage.i'll be giving a heads up should anything come up that would delay my turn around time....deadlines may be negotiated beforehand....dimensions of the commissioned piece for specific usage scenarios may be discussed....edits may be requested during the sketching phase.upon confirmation of the drafts, minor edits (e.g. color palette) may also still be requested as long as it doesn't affect the complexity of the piece.edits in pose and outfit will not be accepted after the drafts are accepted by the client...final high-resolution pieces will be turned over via email or drive link.....
payment information
payments must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the invoice via PayPalthe client may indicate on the order form whether they choose to pay in full up front or a 50% deposit...refund policypartial or full refunds may be accepted on a case-to-case basisrefunds requested past the drafting stage will not be acceptedthe 50% deposit will not be refunded upon premature termination of the commissionI reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund at my discretion...
conditions
fanart, furry, animals, monsters, and some depiction of injury are okay!complex detailing and creatures may be discussed and negotiated...i will not accept commissions that depict gore and hate speech, or glorify abuse.i also will not do pornographic pieces, but nudity may be discussedi may refuse to work on certain ships that i am not comfortable depicting....i reserve the right to refuse any request, and issue refunds at any stage of the process at my discretion
